CalBal Classic 2023 Open Balboa Finals
The complete Open Classic finals from CalBal Classic 2023. The California Balboa Classic is one of the best-known Balboa events, so the open division draws experienced couples. Watch how each pair balances the dance's fixed close hold with creative footwork, rhythmic variation and playful details. The compact style means skill is in the subtlety: look for how closely they track the music and how smooth the travel across the floor looks.
