About The Ding Dong Daddios
The Ding Dong Daddios have been entertaining crowds for more than twenty years, specialising, in their own words, in swing and jive. Their sound leans on doo-wop harmonies, trombone solos and guitar licks, with a famously minimal drum kit at the back, and the band prides itself on doing it all live without gadgets or backing tracks.
They play everything from private parties to public stages, large and small, across the UK and abroad, and say many clients keep booking them again. For swing and jive dancers that means bright, danceable tempos and a cheerful, good-humoured show. A sound choice for a vintage-themed dance, a jive night or a party where you want people on their feet from the first number.
